At this time, I do not directly accept insurance. However, you may qualify for reimbursement. Upon your request I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. You will need a referral from a doctor to increase the likelihood of reimbursement.

What to expect when I arrive at your home:

I will complete the evaluation wherever you feel the most comfortable, whether that is your living room, bedroom, or a closet; it is entirely up to you.

My only request is that you provide yourself an environment where you feel relaxed and can have some privacy.

Some of the services that I provide are hands-on. You have the option of requesting that I bring a massage table, or we can use a bed or couch in your home.
