A little about me.
Restore Pelvic Health & Wellness was created to combine my love for pelvic therapy with my experience in home-based services. Treating patients in their homes fosters a more personalized experience, allowing therapy to apply directly to my client’s everyday needs. My passion for pelvic floor therapy and the connection that I make with each of my clients creates a comfortable environment for addressing sensitive issues. As an occupational therapist, I have the benefit of having received training in psychology and mental health as well as specialized training in pelvic floor dysfunction and orthopedic conditions.
I attended Boston University where I completed the degree trifecta: Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Post-Professional Doctorate of Occupational Therapy, graduating in 2018. I have been working as an occupational therapist since 2017 and started my pelvic therapy journey in 2020. I moved to San Diego with my husband, Josh, and my dog, Pluto, in 2021 from the east coast. I love to hike, explore new coffee shops, host dinner parties, and travel around the world.
Fun fact: I once performed a magic trick for Robert DeNiro. He was not impressed.
